Our people are certified by PMI (Project Management Institute) USA and include Members and Associates of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) UK. We merge traditional and modern management techniques from diverse backgrounds across the MENA region.

Alfa Matrix Project Management Advisors (Alfa Matrix PM) is a multi-disciplined project management firm established in early 2017 in the United Arab Emirates. We have expanded to cover Dubai and Abu Dhabi (UAE), Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Qatar.

We serve owners, developers, investors, contractors, architects and engineers in all industries — regardless of project size, scope, or complexity — from project initiation through closeout.
